Oh good. The drone at SKY understands my concern at being asked to pay £65 for an engineer to come and look at the recurrent issue that my Sky Box has suddenly and magically developed just over two years after being installed, or £60 for 6 months cover to include this fault. Thats nice isnt it? After all, I *only* pay them the thick end of £50 a month for the bloody service, so why should they be expected to do anything other than charge me additional money to ensure that the service I pay them for actually works? Some day-rueing is about to start very soon over at Murdoch Towers, let me assure you...
