Oh gosh people - I think I just had a full-blown anxiety attack - scary as hell. I felt like I couldnt breathe, I felt like there was a crushing weight on my chest and going all around my chest and rib area - it was so scary - I wanted to cry, I wanted to scream, I wanted to wake Roland and tell him about it, but I was paralyzed with fear and could not move!!! Never had that happen to me before. Ive had anxiety attacks where I hyperventilated but this was different. Such an impending feeling of DOOM! And I cannot for the life of me figure out what triggered it - except Im in an awful lot of pain tonight. I dont see sleep happening for a while, so I guess you are stuck with me for a couple of more hours. Gonna put on some music that comforts me and just sit here and not think about anything for a few minutes!
