Oh lord, looks like the plastic box guys are back. Around 1991 the retail drug store crate guys were trying to sell more plastic boxes. A few household movers that were struggling jumped in. I do not think any are around anymore. It seems like there were one or two movers down near Maxwell that bankrupted companies for their owners. There must be like 50 versions of these goofy things, I have had 100 sales persons wanting us to try them. We tried to help them out, but in the end they were costly, cumbersome & slow. We started our company using the gold standard Gondolas, office Carts, E-carts going backwards. There are several of these folks that keep asking for us to endorse their non-solution for office moving. Today if I tried to get my customers to experiment with cardboard & plastic boxes they would no longer be customers. If you do not have enough money to invest in the tools to be a true office mover, you should stick to mini-storage moves. The Justice Department, Military, about a dozen hospitals love the secure chain of custody method we employ that surpasses even the strictest privacy laws. I have asked a dozen of the plastic box people what makes their boxes HIPAA compliant, the answers are hysterically funny. If you want a bucket to catch oil, or a toolbox or what not call us, I have 50-60 of these things around my warehouse. Dont let a house mover make you a moving target.
