Oh, man, was just out watering the unrained-upon back yard/garden a bit and see it needs some *serious* attention before my big b-day soiree. I know, I know, itll be in the evening, but still: if its a warmish eve - or even if we have the schmancy yard lights on - people will see the gone-to-seed unchicness of it all. At very least a concerted trip or two to the garden centre to replace the dead/dying plants, after a fanatical weeding binge, is absolutely necessary. Must look up which Hindoo god/dess/es handles plant-life duties and chant appropriately whilst gardening ... woo for some comfywarm arvos to get it all done.
