Oh my Susan Werner! My dad and I went to see the Bull Durham musical in Atlanta tonight and it was wonderful. The music was so very excellent, the staging was spectacular, the dialog was every bit as spicy as the movie and the choreography was super fun. And oh the baseball! Watching all those lovely gentlemen dancing with bats and balls was really breathtaking (plus Im not even trying to make a dirty joke, its just happening on its own). I dont know Susan personally, but we have a enough mutual friends to make me feel proud for her as a tangential member of my community, and also just as a fellow human. What an extraordinary piece of work! What an incredible contribution! And what a wonderful way to spend an evening. Thanks to everyone involved!
