Oh my aching back . . . now I know why many hunters take their game to a butcher or meat processor to have it taken off the bone, and then cut into what ever or ground into burger. From 10am until about 2:30pm I spent skinning (by the way the tennis ball thing works awesome), and cutting the meat off the bone. Got four large kitchen garbage bags full of meat. Now to cut into steaks, ground up, or whatever. So I figure another good four or five hours of work ahead of me.
