Oh my, but the gifting economy, money free rabbit hole is so deep and wide!!! And so many admirable and remarkable folk have well and truly disappeared down it! I have 9 pages open in my browser, and theyre all full to brimming with links and videos, and I want to check out every single one. Everything Im reading so far is ringing so many bells from so many life experiences and concepts that seem to be converging in this particular body of information. Im thinking back to the first time I heard of the concept, and it was a woman who had decided to live without money, and got a lot of flack for how even though she didnt use money, she relied on people who did. And then I kind of put the concept away. Even though my life experience validated the flow that she talked about. So Ive gone back and found her, as she seems to be one of the first on this path in our western culture. I certainly remember hearing about her. And others have followed her.
