Oh my god tears of joy. On Monday something happened, I have NO clue how, but somehow four of our cats got let outside. Milo was scratching at the side door before I even knew anyone was missing, then after an hour or so I realized there werent any other cats in the house. I went out and called for them, Pumpkin came back immediately. Butternut came back that same night, but Amber was missing ever since and we hadnt even seen her even though I was putting our cat trap out (THANK YOU Sarah Noel for replacing our trap, btw). Ive been horrified, because we leave tomorrow for the girls birthday vacation and wouldnt be back until Tuesday. But I finally FINALLY saw her crawl under the neighbors shed and was able to coax her out and bring her back inside. Shes horrified and eating and drinking up a storm, but Im just SO, SO glad shes back. Now we can all enjoy our vacation guilt-free and the girls are going to be thrilled in the morning.
