Oh my, good. Dinner was pork cutlets from our new meat supplier--grass fed or organically raised, no hormones--breaded with cashew/chia flour with just a touch of Moroccan seasoning and sauteed onions, and steamed fresh asparagus from the farmers market with butter and lemon juice. Wow...we ran the pork bites through what was left of the lemon butter and decided Piggy Piccatas next up, when we get some more cutlets! Delicious!
