Oh my goodness. I see some humanity in Joe Hockey ♡ Good to see him doing something positive for a change. Yes, I think children should definitely not be sent unaccompanied and alone to some place, in which people are already struggling to get by, to fend for themselves. Its cruel. But, I also think children should not be locked up in detention centres. Its also cruel. Theyre just children. Children dont belong in gaol. I think my country is so messed up at the moment. How is it possible that people could even consider laws that involve cutting off someones hand or caning someone or starving poor people or locking children up :( Or actions that involve bombing and be-heading people. How is it that there are strangers who feel entitled to rape uncovered women, because their cultural dress is different, or assault covered women, because their cultural dress is different?
