Oh my goodness. Where to start? I woke up late this morning. Like 20 minutes ago. And I turn on my computer to start the editing, the posting, the checking up on friends as my tea is steeping (yes, tea...giving up sweetener meant giving up coffee for me-gasp!) and I find myself covered, enveloped, in a wave of love so high, so safe and special, that I dont even need a surfboard to ride it. This morning I feel so very blessed, so very grateful, because I get to have people love on me while I am alive. I feel like I woke up to a living funeral..hahahaha... where my friends gathered and said the most beautiful and moving things. Thank you all for celebrating with me yesterday, thank you Sally for the Greenlighting my day this morning..Im still listening to you speak right now. I wish there was some way I could show each one of you how truly grateful I feel. Im not sure how to. So instead, I will take some good advice from one of my favorite authors, Elizabeth Gilbert, and say thank you until I no longer have a voice. She wrote, “In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives. In the end, maybe its wiser to surrender before the miraculous scope of human generosity and to just keep saying thank you, forever and sincerely, for as long as we have voices. Thank you for your generosity. ~~ HAPPY THURSDAY, EVERYBODY!!
