Oh my goodness....it is almost impossible to find any bread product without CRAP in it! Seriously, bread ingredients should be simple, but because Americans want things to be shelf-stable for like over a month, there is so much junk added. YUCK. Real food goes bad, real food molds...its just a fact of life. I would rather have to shop more frequently (which I do...once a week for us!), and have products that have simpler ingredient lists, than to stock pile things that can outlive me. *Grumble grumble...rant for the day. o.O
