Oh my gosh, what a great day today has been!! I just received the news that “Skye” is now officially “Ch. Raisin Reach For Your Dream U.D.”. Skye finished her Championship today under Judge Keke Kahn at the Bluegrass Cluster. Skye is owned by Linda Guihen and Ruth Gantz and co-bred by Linda, Jennifer Pridemore and myself. So excited as this is the first homebred Champion for Jennifer and myself - WHOO-HOO!! Skye and Ruth will now focus their energy on polishing up their obedience performance for the upcoming AKC Obedience Classic Competition in Orlando in December. Skye has qualified for and has been invited to participate in Utility at the Classic. In addition, at not yet three years of age, Skye has 13 OTCH points – such a special girl! Below is a picture of Skye taking her 2nd major as well as a picture of Skye with her two littermates, Penmore Accolade (Shane) and Raisin Midnite Madness (Macy) who are both pointed and co-owned by Linda, Jennifer and myself. I can’t thank Linda Guihen enough for letting me be part of such an amazing litter – what a ride we are having! :-)
