Oh my, how do I start? Well Im just going to be honest cos its always worked for me in the past and I dont know any other way, but last night I arrive home quite emotional. I felt drained and conflicted. I admit this was the biggest evening Ive had to execute, it took months from its conception till the very final moments. I was out of my depth with how much Id planned and had big ideas about making everything happen but I pushed myself to believe it could be done, with all the fear and work involved I decided to do it and was not turning back. There were a few hiccups and mishaps that happened, mostly out of my control, and not sure whether people noticed or not but behind the scenes can be extremely mad and stressful. I just wanted everyone to be happy, the sponsors, the guests, the volunteers, my staff, everyone! Little people may realize this is a passion project, which has grown to great proportion and believe me, Im not rolling in the baht for it. And when I have this heavy heart, thinking this could be the last time, I have flashes of the beautiful laughing faces, of you girls looking wonderful and glowing brightly, making new friends and enjoying the food and drink. Engrossed in the awesome strong women speakers, the entertainment and feeling the cool music. I remember feeling your embrace and whispering in my ear your congratulations and how much you loved the evening, plus the many connections and friend you made, this coming from my mentors, sponsors, friends and even strangers. But what brought tears to my eyes and lifted my heart were those words I heard from you Sam, please keep doing this, dont stop. And on those words I have to face that, I can NOT make everyone happy, I can NOT make everything perfect, but I sure as hell will try to keep the spirit of #wpeclub alive as long as you love it and support, I wont stop for you!! Thank you all my loves!! SO MUCH LOVE AND FUN!!
