Oh my word... We won! Lots! Were fully in celebration mode at York Beer Fest, but while we remember - wed better get it all down... In the Locale competition, Wallop won the dark beer category and came runner-up beer of the festival, while Snow Eater scooped gold in its category. And in the wider SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers Association) northeast competition: BOTTLE Sunshine (5.7%) - SIBA Northeast overall champion bottled beer and Gold medal in the bottled beer over 5% category. Bad Kitty (5.5) - Silver medal in the speciality beer category. CASK Burnout (5.8%) - SIBA Northeast overall champion beer and Gold medal in the porters/stouts category. Snow Eater (4.8%) - Silver, premium beer category. Reckon we might need to let our hair down a bit after all that!
