Oh my word what an emotional and amazing day today has been!!! We had the honour of joining the. lee Rigby Memorial Walk in Woolwich London today, the sun shone brightly on us all until we got close by to Woolwich barracks, then I do believe a certain fallen soldier was looking down on us and decided it was a great opportunity to have a laugh on us, the heavens opened and we all got soaked !! We smiled through the rain and we stood shoulder to shoulder as we payed our respects one year on from those awful events. The profits from the sale of the memorial walk badges will come to The Invicta Foundation at the request of Lees mum, so I thank every single one of you who have purchased a badge and in turn helped to raise funds so we can continue to provide support to the families of the lost and the wounded. Xx A true lay emotional day which was then made even more so on hearing that Lyn and Ian are now grandparents again with the safe but early arrival of their daughters baby . So maybe that down pour was tears of joy from a very proud uncle xxx
