Oh oh oh. Some people just want to bury you under a shed load of rules and procedures and then censure you when you deal with the person and not the process. One day they will need a maverick like me to take on their case, which falls outside of the regulations and needs a personal Jesus touch. BUT it may be too late, as I and those like me, will be buried under a storm of censure they have initiated and the time will have passed for a humane and holistic solution. Am I irritated today? woooooooooh yes!
