Oh this is wonderful photography. Reminds me, I am lucky enough for sure. Once myself and dear ol dad wandered just some 50 feet up hill from a big Brown Bear marking his territory on a tree by making the highest slash across it (Yikes!). Dad was ready in case but we were so lucky, even though we were above him the breeze was coming up the hill and we smelled him before he us. We were mighty pleased because the rule of the land in my Dads world on Baronoff Island in SE Alaska was, preserve the land, you kill it, you pack it out, you eat it ~ Yuk! Bear meat Uggg ~ pure torcher for months depending on how many needy you can find. Thank you for the post and may you always be safe.
