Oh this sucks. Mama is now at Providence Portland. She was moved in the middle of the night last night, apparently for the Pneumonia Ive been asking them for days if she had...but they said no...Shes got an infection and well give her anti biotics...clearly the wrong one to treat what she has, which I asked you if she had, which you told me she didnt..... I dont know how long shell be at Providence Portland, but she will NOT be going back to Vibra Specialty Hospital... Her disability was approved on Friday. They called and a judge asked to take her statement on the record (appeal to the automatic first attempt denial)...I explained why he cant do that and why she cant talk at all....gave him the rundown of the last three months and the contact info on where to get all the records.. He decided, Well, I dont think theres any doubt shes disabled...Shes approved effective Oct 2011. As soon as I have her medicare card...AND shes ready to move...she is going to Regional Respiratory Hospital up here...25 miles from home. I need to leave for Portland now.
