Oh what a day...set out early, not too much snow so we decided to make a run for it to Nottingham to get my grandson Dylan.... gritters out on the A1 but we managed without incident and made good time..If only the same thing applied to our journey back.. what a bloody nightmare! The queue started at Sherwood Forest going Northbound and we were practically at a standstill until Barnsdale Barr where we came upon the bad accident on the Southbound Carriageway and people causing a traffic jam our side rubbernecking.. Several people it seemed were being cut out of vehicles ..Scary! The traffic jam southbound went up as far as Wetherby Racecourse bet its taking hours to sort out....Anyway felt like putting something relaxing on to calm my shattered nerves....youtu.be/uF0_947VPNA
