Oh what a shock… The very second they announced that the Terror level was raised to High I knew it was only a matter of time before the rhetoric kicked in and the erosion of basic liberties was challenged. While it seems there were a number of potential Terrorist threats apprehended we all feel safer. But when we arent allowed to ask questions about how or why it happened, or any operational matters, then surely we must wonder what freedoms are we fighting for? The freedom to ask? the freedom to be informed? The freedom to challenge our governments decisions if we dont agree with them? Terrorism is a fantastically quick way to bypass peoples rational mind. If someone asked you to give up you ability to ask questions, you might be a tad skeptical. But if someone tells you its for your own good because terrorism… Here, take my keyboard! Maybe im a conspiracy theory nut, but this all seems just too much by-the-numbers
