Oh what you find while you are trolling around the Internet people. I do believe the FINDINGS OF THE STATE OF OHIO should be posted on this site for EVERYONE to see. Yes, I now have copies of all of them. Going to begin the conversion process so you the people of the village of Bellaire can see DIRECTLY from the state of Ohio the findings that have been done through the audit system for the past few years. Some of them are staggering! One in particular is quite interesting to me (since I was around for most of that debacle). If I remember the numbers convicted upon it was $1800.00. Interesting since the audit just from the missing recorded receipts (which I know FOR A FACT is not the true amount of funds missing) is $11,000 (see posting below). So hmm, where did the other funds go? Funny, it is like they had no system in place to count the cash. And even more interesting it looks like they had no way to account for the cash coming in at all!!!
