Oh wow, just finished watching guardians of the galaxy, this years action smash by marvel...........why? Im sorry but the following comments may destroy Facebook, but I need to address fans comments that this is the best marvel movie ever. I can take Bruce Waynes parents being murdered, dare devil growing up blind in Hells Kitchen, but young peter being brought before his dieting mother only to witness her die and then run out of the hospital to be obducted? Im sorry but his not growing up to be a action hero, his a sobbing mess until he or his captors end his life. So on with the spectacle. I do like how marvel have done what no other super hero movie has yet to do, have no origin stories. The characters come together through unfortunate circumstances which I like, and the scenes in the prison I like even though its quiche. And then we get to a massive issue. The Nova Core. Like the alliance, the empire and the federation, we have the one true power in the galaxy, yet they are easily defended even though they know the enemy is coming unlike the above listed. The charactors? Grute and rocket belong in another file, Zoe black chick only goes from blue to green. Some choreography help and she can drop a man, cg done the same job in avatar. And she just cant emote, maybe I need to see something shes in where cg/makeup isnt carrying her. Batista, after learning of the work he did behind the scenes I appreciated the rol a lot more and think he did a great job. Vin diesel, anyone could or done that, any voice actor. The name means jack. Not satisfied Chris Pratt, I havent seen him in anything yet, and with jurassic world around the corner I as hoping to get a glimpse of the dinosaur behaviour expert Ill see in June next year. Wow. He has screen presence, until he talks. I havent nailed it down, his attempt at humour reminds me of something, maybe a early vince vaughn its odd. I couldnt t make sense of his preformance, and it concerns me greatly for jurassic world next year. I dont see Robert Muldoon with the comedic timing of Ben stiller. Best marvel film, no, thats avengers and iron man 1, it has the same mcguffin as thor 1 and 2 yet none of the fan hate and if your not a sci if fan I dont see how you will enjoy this film. Has marvel just got regulars seeing their films no matter the content or are the fan boys finally the over riding audience? Im glad I saw tmnt ofer this at the cinema, a far better film
