Oh wurd? So whats the excuse for individuals that are unarmed with hands up....propaganda....they gon have to come harder than this to gain some true understanding from the public.....Ive been deployed Amman Jordan, Iraq and Afghanistan and if US soldiers have STRICT rules of engagement (ROE) to follow, to protect the citizens of those countries....then the cops and citizens of the US should have the same stipulations to follow in order to protect its own people!...many soldiers have gon to jail for going against ROE.....these cops need to start getting jailed so that they will be more afraid to act maliciously towards citizens.
