Oh yeah. ....10 sets of squats @ 225lbs then 3 sets of squats @ 315. 10-12 reps each set with a busted left knee and after 6 sets of 10 reps of leg extensions @ 170lbs. If i lost you thats fine. Read it again, do the damn math and when its all said and done...you might understand what i mean when i say im going to my hell...enter my dark place...welcome to the dark side. Its what i do not what you do. Also since Nicole Calderazzo gave me a complex about my traps i did 10 sets of shrugs to. Starting @ 225Lbs and ending @ 405lbs for reps. Ty for the motivation Nicole.
