The Heintz Cat Clowder have discovered a nest of baby rats - probably around the bins in the alley behind the cafés on Green Lanes a couple of gardens down. Just before 9pm I was making a cup of tea in the kitchen when Ginny trotted in shepherding a baby rat into the house. She didnt touch it, just ran alongside it like she was its best mate, until it saw its chance and darted off behind the fridge.
