Oh your going to love this. First I decide after spending what seems like an eternity on the phone only to get hung up on and passed around like a bong at Woodstock that I give up and will go uninsured. Then comes the letter form BCBS telling me that since they have not heard from me they were just going to pick the plan that best matches what I have now and automatically enroll me and my managers in that plan (yes our current plan is better and cheaper then what we are getting). Then I get this email from VHC: March 15, 2014 Hello James Eckhardt, We apologize if you received yesterdays email in error. If you responded, thank you for taking the time to do so. We will not be responding individually to that email. However, if you still need assistance with your Vermont Health Connect account, please reply to this email or call us at 855-899-9600. We are open special extended hours today from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please note that our call volume has been high this week. We thank you in advance for your patience. Sincerely, Vermont Health Connect Customer Service What email in error? I insist that VHC Customer Service does not exist. I had already given them like four chances to help me and I got passed around, hung up on, told computers just crashed and they would get back to me (never happened), etc. I could go on and on but my anti depressant is wearing off.
