I received a phone call from Paul my friendly Verizon Tech that was scheduled to come out and do the crossover to remove my temporary cable line and attach the permanent one. Well he says our case had been referred to the local district manager personally, due to all the troubles weve had. It would seem Mr. District Manager decided to cancel said service call yesterday, so Paul was calling to see why. I told him because the district manager is an asshole. Paul is now going to email DM guy and find out why he cancelled the as-of-yet incompleted service work. You GO Paul! Someday.....
