Ohhh I cant sleep!! So...Im asking for some prayers from my FB family and friends. Someone who isnt technically supposed to help us or be on our side is taking Marks case and all of the evidence to the prosecutor in hopes of having the case dismissed or thrown out. Weve submitted all the witness statements as well as prior sheriffs reports from incidents weve had with them. One is from almost a year ago where they scratched the whole side of Marks truck with a rock. The sheriffs report says that the deputy has no doubt that these boys did this, although theres no way to prove it because they are all blaming it on one another and nobody seen it happen. Hopefully all this and the statements will show that its nothing more than a vendetta. Tomorrow cant come soon enough because I want this all to be done and over with!!!
