Oi! I was so bad this week, I ate pizza, wings, ice cream (Magnum caramel bars), crystallized ginger, dill pickle kettle chips, and hash browns, ohh and krispy cream doughnuts!! After eating clean for so long, I didnt have a craving for any of it, I just saw, and assimilated! For someone who carries a lunch box full of vegetables, and clean proteins, along with my black / green tea pea protein shakes. I shouldnt feel guilty, I say I can call it cheat week! Ill just pretend I went on vacation or home to family lol! I get to workout all week and eat healthy anyways.
