Oil Free Fish Cutlet A tasteful and palatable preparation of fish. High on lean protein, omega 3, and fiber. Main Ingredients- Boiled fish ( Protein + Minerals + Omega 3) , Oats ( Fiber) , Gram Flour (Besan)( Protein) Taste makers - 1 Onion - finely chopped Red Chilly Powder (optional) Salt to taste Pinch of Sugar Cumin seeds(Jeera) - ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste – ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice- few drops Coriander Leaves – finely chopped Remove the skin and bones from the boiled fish, add 3 Tablespoon Oats and 2 Tablespoon Gram flour . On a nonstick pan put some cumin seeds, when roasted add finely chopped onion and salt. Then add all other ingredients one by one. Finally add the mix of Fish, Oats and Gram flour to the taste maker. Remove from heat and mix the entire matter properly. Make small balls and flatten them a bit. Finally roast the flattened balls either on a Non Stick Pan (one side at a time) or on a Non Stick sandwich maker (Both sides at the same time). Serve hot with mustard sauce / tamarind sauce / Tomato sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
