Ok - car people - those that understand vehicle wiring - this ones for you! So, the old Honda has a new symptom. At first, I thought cars behind me were hitting bumps and I was being blinded last night. Then I realized, my dome light flickers when I hit bumps or drive over not silky smooth road. On the dash, the drivers door light also comes on. (The red slash.) So.... I opened and shut my door. Nope, still flickers. In the daylight, I watched today, and sure enough, the drivers door red slash still flickers off and on when I hit a bump. Is this a loose wire? Can it be found? And is this something that will harm the car or make it end up dead when I least expect it?
