Ok Breeze ladies Blackpool Im officially signed up for the 100k ride!!! Get your places booked!!! The first two Breeze Challenge Events in Lancashire and Warwickshire are perfect for women looking to take their cycling further. Each offering stunning 50km and 100km route options, therell be support for everyone from sign-up to warm-down – and an unforgettable atmosphere on the day. Our picturesque Lancashire route starts and finishes at Preston Sports Arena. The route takes riders on a clockwise loop through the quaint villages and country lanes of the Fylde and Wyre Valley. The 100km route heads north from Preston, passing the villages of Treales, Wharles, Elswick, Great Eccleston, Pilling and Cockerham. We then head towards the Lune Valley and Abbeystead before turning south towards Scorton, Inglewhite, Broughton and Woodplumton, before reaching the finish for some relaxation and celebrations! A shorter 50km route is also available, taking riders north as far as Great Eccleston, then towards Bilsborrow, before meeting up with the 100km riders near Inglewhite. Routes will be fully signed and supported by marshals, support vehicles, cycle mechanics and medical support should you need any assistance on route or at service areas.
