Ok CI gurus. I thought I had the whole fried egg thing down after reading several posts on here then this disaster happened. First I cooked a some Trader Joes bacon on medium heat. I drained the grease off because the eggs would have been swimming and lowered the burner to med-low. I attempted to fry three eggs over medium but they turned out half scrambled. Did I removed too much grease? The pan was still shiny. Or was it too hot or a lil of both? I see posts of eggs sliding across the pan and I want to be able to do that.
