Ok, Chucky here is done! I think I found a new way to cook the Chuck Roast on the pit. Wife says it came out awesome! It cooked at 225 for about 3-1/2 hours total and weighed 3 pounds. The aux jus saved was a great dipper for the beef. Check out that smoke ring! (for a little roast, Im pretty proud of that ring, I think Ill call it My Super Bowl Ring of Smoke!) The corn had a really nice smoke flavor also.
