Ok Everyone, I could use some help!! Once again irresponsible - TopicsExpress

Ok Everyone, I could use some help!! Once again irresponsible owners dumped these 2 girls!! Luckily some amazing citizens have taken them in so they would not end up at the shelter or dead!! They will be spayed and they can foster them until the end of September . If any rescues are willing to help that would be great or adopters by the end of September. Here is what there guardian angels have to say: These sweet puppies were found on the side of a busy road, ribs showing and covered in fleas and ticks in an area notorious for owners dropping their dogs off when they decide they no longer want them. It seemed our only option was to take them to our home and see what they would allow us to do in the way of cleaning them up. To our complete surprise they not only let us bathe them but they both stood patiently while we dug ticks out of their ears, off their legs, chests and bellies. After a few days they are doing great on their leashes and have even learned how to use the stairs into the house, (a big feat for them both at the beginning)! They are very attached to one another, (they sure have been through a lot together), and we would absolutely love to have them get a home where the dynamic duo won’t be split up. They are already house broken and comfortable staying in a cage. We have let them roam free in the sunroom and they have not made any messes or been anything but considerate house guests! They are wonderful, loving dogs who deserve to be treated better than being left homeless and hungry, playing with garbage while cars zoom by. The details: Mama (the black and white lady) • Weight-50lbs • Approximate Age-3 to 4 years • Lab mix • Loves booty scratches and rolling in the grass Bolt (the tan/red little miss) • Weight-15lbs • Approximate Age-3 to 4 months • Terrier mix • Loves romping outside and tackling mama With Amanda Sinclair-Williams
