Ok Facebook, Im stuck. Its a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 250 engine with 16k miles. Cylinder 2 has 1/3 the compression of cylinder 1. The coolant passages are all orange and slimy, so I assume that its oil in the coolant. For the last year its been running water wetter. I dont think its corrosion... ? The head gaskets all look ok, the cylinder walls look ok. Is there a way to check the head to see if its cracked internally? Or should I pull the water pump and look for a busted seal? Is the low compression related to the nasty coolant, or do I have 2 separate issues? What do I do next?
