Ok Facebook friends and followers. The sun is out and it looks like its gonna be another day in paradise for some. Today is the day we all come together at The Landings for a special Recession session to raise funds for Mark Desir who is in desperate need of a heart transplant.. Thanks to The Landings for allowing us to host this fundraiser at The Beach Club. I’d like to give you the heads up of what to expect this evening and how you can play a part whether it’s a big contribution or a small one, whatever you can spare is very much appreciated. Walk with some cash and your credit card. Cds will be on sale for $40, of which 50% go towards the fund. There will be crab racing on the beach around 7pm where you will be encouraged to place bets on the crabs. The proceeds go to the fundraiser. Raffle tickets will be sold for just $20 giving you a chance to win prizes such as: Perfume Rituals Sushi vouchers Sunglasses Vouchers from Blink Dinner for 2 at The Landings Spa Treatment for 2 at The Landings. There will also be a grand prize ticket of EC$100 for you to win a weekend for 2 at The Landings inclusive of breakfast. A value of over USD$1500.00. The raffle draw will take place at approximately 8pm. A computer will be available for anyone wishing to donate with their credit card directly online to the donation page.. The Landings Happy Hour specials will also continue tonight!! So as you can see it should be an evening of some fun, music and generally good vibes, all for a worthy cause. Hope to see as many of you as possible. Music starts at 5.45pm so get there in time for the sunset and also to get a good table.
