Ok, Facebook, friends, family and clients.........Its been a rough 24 hours. I was scheduled to do an overnight petcare visit in Shakopee and since Tom took Lyn to his sister Barbs I had no transportation. I decided to call a cab. My first time in a cab. Anyway......I got there, and left my Iphone5s (Im paying for 2 years yet) (with a $80phone cover) and wallet (Michael Cohrs) with a prescription in it for a controlled substance. Here I am in Shakopee, no phone, no money, no id (I lost my license and business debit card a month ago) or any sort, there is no landline where I am staying, Tom doesnt know where to pick me up in the am (I was supposed to text him the address). I was hoping the cab would stop back with my phone and wallet so I delayed poor Codys walk hoping to catch them it they came back with it, No one did. Cody and I woke up this am and I took him on his walk, wondering how in the heck I am going to let Tom know where I am. I was hoping to walk by someone I could ask to use their phone. No one appeared. Shortly after I got back with Cody, I look outside and Tom drove up!!! How the heck did he find me???? I should know better; he used my computer and searched the emails for overnight care. THANK GOD I HAVE A SMART HUBBY:- We called the taxi and they said they did not find my stuff. We even asked if the driver could look again/ They didnt want to help. Because I had the prescription (which even I cant get for next month now) for the controlled substance was in my wallet I called the pharmacy, they told me to call the doctor, the doctor told me to call the police, the EP police told me to call Shakopee police. I have told this story at least 8 times all together today. All in all, I am a bit crazy right now, not only did I loose my expensive phone with expensive cover, and expensive wallet with debit cards. Moved money to different accounts, turned off phone, made a police report.........IM SCREWED!! How do I let my clients know I dont have a phone now. Im going to miss new client requests or clients wanting to schedule care, I NEED MY PHONE!!! Ya know, I am beginning to freak out a bit, my car has been out of commission since last September so I dont have transportation, now my phone is gone, my wallet and access to my $$ is gone. I feel sort of naked!!!!!! Now I am going to say it; Can it get any worse?..... Anyway, if anyone needs me, call Tom (Tom is on vacation this week) at 612.720.3460 or message me on Facebook.
