Ok. Fines are illegal. We know. Now, we get pulled over and a debt is created and THEY want you to buy that debt. You reject their offer the right way, which pisses them off. They then sell said debt to a third party, (lets use SDRO as an example). They present the same offer to BUY that debt, they may chuck a but more interest on top and use threatening words like enforcment... Ooh scary shit. These law breakers also get pissed because you also reject their offers to buy the debt. Now remember, that debt would never have existed if you never had an encounter with whichever corporate pirate you were unlawfully stopped by. Now in Clay s case, they have sold the debt AGAIN! This time with threats of giving him a bad credit rating. Now Ive made the comment a few times in this group but most dont catch on. An affidavit/statement of truth or asseveration of truth is what you need, and you dont need some parasite lawyer to do it for you. Its like going to a fair and neutral court with a jury and being found NOT GUILTY. Thats it, no more problems. If these documents cannot be rebutted, then THAT IS THE JUDGMENT. You have written the law and it must be followed, even by self proclaimed judges. Now we know its a bit of paperwork, and i dont know anyone who likes paperwork. So, why not FIRST, write to whoever is demanding YOUR money, (find out a name first), and tell them that you will happily settle any financial obligation that you MAY owe, in return for the original instrument of indebtedness. If they are not the holder of this instrument, then you have no obligation to pay them. Like i said, the above documents will quickly remove any negative records they may try against you, because their claims are unsubstantiated. Comprehend?
