Ok. Follow up on my kidney stones. I am having lithotripsy tomorrow to remove the other stone in my left kidneys. This is suppose to be a much easier recovery than the surgery I had on the right kidney to remove the two stone and the one stuck in my ureter. I have to fast for 48 hours on liquids only. I am so hungry!!! Why is it when we have to abstain, it is when we want what we need to abstain from. Keeping very busy not thinking ab out food and trying to out-smart my stomach. Oh, lithotripsy is a procedure where they shoot a sound wave into the kidney to break up the stone.It is like taking a direct punch to the kidney several times. I had it 13 years ago and thought is was kind of difficult until I did the my surgery a few weeks ago. I would appreciate some prayers--I know and believe they work.
