Ok Friends hope you All had a Great Day ? Mine was Fantastic ! I clean the Van did some Garden works, worked the Kids (Dogs) then let them run on the front lawn . Abbie and I sat by the Gold Fish pond while I filled it with more fresh water, then went food shopping . I like to be busy so thats why it was a Fantastic Day for me . I am losing weight which is good about seven pounds so far . I need about 5 to 6 more to go . I walk four miles a night and that is helping along with no more sweets or bread or pasta or rice ! I allow myself one small candy bar 240 cal. each night . Thats my threat . Its not bad at all . My legs are Thanking Me for doing this . So anyway time for sleep . Sweet Deams Dear Friends of MIne .
