Ok Greenfield ladies and gentlemen here is the recipe for the rolls we used to make at school. You also use this same recipe for the cinnamon rolls. It can be halved if you want to make less. School Rolls: 3 Cups Hot Water 3/4 Cup Oil 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Salt 3/4 Cup Dry Milk 2 Tbsp Yeast Miss water, oil and yeast together. Add sugar, salt, and dry milk and add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Let dough rise, punch down and rise again. Roll out dough and cut and let rise again. Butter tops and bake 450 until brown. To make cinnamon rolls, after dough rises roll dough thin and butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough into log and cut. Let rise before cooking. Make glaze with milk and powdered sugar and pour over hot rolls. Enjoy!!!
