Ok. Here I go. I have owned my hive for less than 2 weeks, and I have a question. I went in to this originally because I love honey, I`m cheap, and local, unpasteurized honey is expensive. And after being around my bees, I love them. And I would like to get enough honey sometimes, to have a surplus over and above what I steal for me:) But at the end of the day, I want them to have a home, in a great area that doesn`t endanger them, that I monitor, and observe, but interfere with minimally. Is it unreasonable to let hives do what they do, and be treatment free to a high degree (not factoring in small stuff like foundation...) and get a little honey for me and maybe a little to sell(my stupid question mark isn`t working on my keyboard!)...or am I too unrealistic(question mark;) LikeLike · · Share
