Ok. Heres the thing...... Some of you may remember that not long ago the fire alarm went off while I was at home in the shower. And I faced a dilemma..... Priorities. Burn in a possible fire trying to make myself presentable or jump out of the shower and run outside, possibly scaring the neighbors or nice firemen. Well, early this morning I was in the middle of a shower in the dorm room and the fire alarm went off. Seriously. :-/ Someone banged on my door. They were evacuating. Again, dilemma.... I grabbed a shirt and some pants (thats important), looked in the mirror (scary), and dabbed on a little makeup. While I was frantically trying to decide if there was a fire, would the electricity still work long enough to dry my hair and (looking down) if my pants needed ironing, the alarm stopped flashing. Is there a life lesson I need to be learning? Vanity??? Does my presence in a shower trigger the alarms? And do any of you regularly experience fire alarms when you take a shower? Just wondering.
