Ok I am a bit out of my element today but..... I am going outside my comfort zone and NOT using my smoker for this cooking adventure.......what we have here is all wild and shot by me :) on the bottom is a bed of sauerkraut when carrots and some carrots. ...the meat is 2 deer back straps one wild pork roast and several pounds of wild pork sausage topped of with some more potatos and some special seasoning. ...going into the oven at 375 for a few hours.....i am not exactly sure how it is going to taste and a little scared but I am going to let Justin West be the first to try it all!!
