Ok I am about fit to be tied. We bought a filly from up in South Dakota. Someone else had bought a horse from the same place and had arranged shipping for their horse so we paid to have our filly hauled by this shipper and it has been a nightmare. They do not communicate and make changes to the route and arrival time daily and we are not notified. We have to constantly try to make contact to get information and we are not told when and where and what. It has been 4 days now and still our filly has not arrived. Im posting what communication I have been able to get from the shipper. Please notice the dates and times. I am beyond frustrated with this. I will never use anyone but John Floyd! Ever!
