Ok, I am going to take the plunge and make it public. Starting Monday I will be totally Primal. I have never totally given up grains before, but the more I head towards this way of eating, the better I feel. I am also going to be dairy free, since I know I am dairy sensitive, and most unfortunately, almonds have to be off the list as well since I seem to have an oral allergy to them. I am planning on starting a separate page on Facebook for this, feel free to visit, cheer me on, understand if I cheat etc. My plan is to continue from now until Christmas day, then take the week between Christmas and New Years more or less off then continue in 2015. I am hoping to form a new lifestyle change. We have one planned dinner out so far, and I know dealing with evening munchies will be a challenge.
