Ok I am listening to him and he makes valid points based on the EVIDENCE! Now here is where this gets dicey. Iminent threat vs. Shoot to stop the threat. The question becomes in the officers mind he did not determine that Brown was no longer an imminent threat. He must have perceived he was being charged, now in close contact with Brown. He had been punched and and Brown had allegedly reached for his gun. So he opted to shoot until he had stopped the threat, hence the 12 shots. These comments I just made are based only on this clip and the earlier statement that Brown punched him and reached for his gun. Again I say learn about the Use of Force Policy being taught your state and local officers.
