Ok, I dont often do this but I really want to spread the word about the Taunton branch of Vision Express. Its not often that you get to experience superb customer service nowadays but these guys really exceeded my expectations. Its just been identified that an aggravating rash Ive been suffering with on and off for the last 5 months on my face is down to a nickel allergy probably caused by my metal frames on my quite expensive glasses I bought in there last August. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do not really expecting much as it was so long ago. Without hesitation they offered to replace them with glasses of equal value with plastic frames. I popped in today and within the hour had my new glasses. Im just so impressed that they didnt make a fuss and that the decision to help came so willingly. They were under no obligation to and I just believe it was the epitome of superb customer service. So if youre in this area and are thinking about changing your glasses, and you dont currently use Vision Express I can thoroughly recommend them. The team are all fab and really know how to look after the customer!
